摘　　要：磺酰胺类化合物具有广泛的生物活性,临床上使用含有磺酰胺结构片断的药物众多,其研究与开发备受关注,日益活跃,发展十分迅速。文中综述了含磺酰胺结构类化合物在抗菌、抗真菌、抗病毒、抗寄生虫、抗结核等领域的研究与开发进展。Sulfamide compounds exhibit a broad-spectrum of biological activities and various types of sulfamide drugs have extensively been used in clinic.Much attention has increasingly been paid toward the research and development of sulfonamides as drugs,and the progress is quite fast.This article reviewed recent advances in the research and development of sulfamide compounds as antibacterial,antifungal,antiviral,antiparasitic and anti-tuberculosis agents.
