摘　　要：目的:合成青霉素类抗生素替莫西林二钠。方法:以青霉素类抗生素替卡西林二钠为原料,经3步反应得到产物。结果:经过MS和1H-NMR分析,证明产物是替莫西林二钠,总收率达到56.46%。结论:本方法便于操作,收率较高,适合工业化生产。Objective：To synthesize the penicillin antibiotic temocillin disodium.Methods：Temocillin disodium was produced from ticarcillin disodium through 3 steps.Results：The chemical structure of target material was confirmed by MS and ^1H-NMR,the total yield was 56.46%.Conclusion：A practical synthesis procedure is developed with advantages of easier operation and higher yield than ever reported,and it is suitable for industrialization.
