摘 要:目的探讨1,2-二氯乙烷挥发量与工作条件关系,建立数学模型并提出1,2-二氯乙烷在鞋和箱包用胶粘剂中限量值。方法采用气候箱法研究了1,2-二氯乙烷挥发量与工作条件关系,并用多元线性回归方程建立了工作场所1,2-二氯乙烷挥发量数学模型。结果 1,2-二氯乙烷挥发浓度值主要受其用量和空气置换率的影响,随其用量的增大而增加,短时间内低浓度胶水挥发更快;与空气置换率呈线性反比关系。环境温度对1,2-二氯乙烷挥发浓度值影响不大。所建多元线性回归方程在涂胶模式的基础上,得出鞋和箱包用胶粘剂中1,2-二氯乙烷限量为5.0‰。结论鞋和箱包用胶粘剂中1,2-二氯乙烷限量值很低,GB 19340—2003《鞋和箱包用胶粘剂》亟待修订。Objective To explore the relationship between the volatile amount of 1,2-dichloroethane and the working condition and to establish mathematic model for providing the threshold limit value of 1,2-dichloroethane in adhesives used for shoe making and case and bag making.Methods The relationship between the volatile amount of 1,2-dichloroethane and the working condition was investigated by climate chamber,the mathematic model of which was established by multiple linear regressions.Results The volatile amount of 1,2-dichloroethane was mainly affected by the amount of 1,2-dichloroethane used and the rate of air replacement.The volatile amount increased as the amount of 1,2-dichloroethane added and was inversely proportional to the air replacement.The adhesives with low concentration of 1,2-dichloroethane vaporized faster.However,the ambient temperature likely showed little effect.The threshold limit value for 1,2-dichloroethane in adhesives used in shoe making and case and bag making was estimated by the multiple linear regression equation.The estimated threshold limit value was 5‰.Conclusions The GB 19340—2003〈Adhesives for footwear and base and bag〉 should be revised since the threshold limit value of 1,2-dichloroethane was very low.
