摘 要:目的探讨甘草、金银花水提取液对氟中毒小鼠全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力的影响,初步筛选对氟中毒有治疗作用的中草药。方法将70只昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、氟中毒组、甘草治疗组、金银花治疗组,实验结束剪尾取血,测全血中GSH-Px活力。结果氟中毒组与对照组比较,全血GSH-Px活力明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组与甘草治疗组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);甘草治疗组与氟中毒组比较,活力明显增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);金银花治疗组与氟中毒组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);金银花治疗组与对照组比较,活力明显降低(P<0.01)。结论甘草水提取液对氟中毒小鼠全血中GSH-Px活力有明显增强作用,疗效明显,金银花水提取液对氟中毒小鼠全血中GSH-Px活力无明显影响。Objective To investigate the influence of the radix glycyrrhizae and lonicera japonica extract solution on GSH-Px activity in mice with fluorosis,to screen primarily the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine on fluorosis.Methods 70 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,i.e.,control group,fluorosis group,radix glycyrrhizae treatment group,lonicera japonica treatment group.The blood GSH-Px activities of every group were determined at the experiment end.Results The blood GSH-Px of fluorosis group was evidently lower than that of the control group(P〈0.01).Compared the control group with radix glycyrrhizae treatment group,the difference was insignificant(P〉0.05).The blood GSH-Px of radix glycyrrhizae treatment group was evidently higher than that of fluorosis group,the difference was significant(P〈0.01).Compared lonicera japonica treatment group with fluorosis group,the difference was insignificant(P〉0.05).The blood GSH-Px of lonicera japonica treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.01).Conclusions Radix glycyrrhizae extract solution could evidently enhance the blood GSH-Px activity in mice with fluorosis,while lonicera japonica extract solution has no obvious influence.
