摘  要:目的探讨应用掌侧入路结合斜T型钛板固定治疗严重移位桡骨远端Barton骨折的疗效。方法对11例严重移位桡骨远端Barton骨折,采用掌侧入路,腕关节面严格解剖复位后,行掌侧斜T型钛板固定。结果术后随访6个月至3年,平均23.6个月,骨折均在术后3—4个月内愈合。根据腕关节功能评分标准(Gartland-Werley评分)评定:优8例,良2例,可1例;优良率为90.9%。按PRWE评分均在30分以内。结论对严重移位桡骨远端Barton骨折,应采用手术方法治疗,经掌侧人路结合斜T型钛板固定治疗,可明显缩短治疗时间。Objective TO evaluate the treatment outcomes of oblique T-type titanium plate fixation for severely displaced distal radius Barton fractures. Methods Eleven cases of severely displaced distal radial fractures of Barton clinical characteristics were enrolled in the retrospective study. Via a volar approach, the fractures were reduced to achieve anatomical reduction of the wrist articular surface and the fixed with an oblique T-type titanimn plate. The clinical presentations, the surgical methods and postoperative efficacy were analyzed. Results The patients were follow-up for 6 months to 3 years, with an average of 23.6 months. Fracture healing was achieved within 3 to 4 months in all the cases. According to Gartland-Werley score, the results were excellent in 8 cases, good in 2 cases, and acceptable in 1 case. The satisfactory rate was 90.9 %. The PRWE score of all the cases was less than 30. Conclusion Severely displaced distal radius Barton fractures should be surgically treated. Volar oblique T-type titanium plate fixation can reduce hospital time, enable proper early postoperative exercise and facilitate recovery of the iniured limb function.
