摘  要:目的探讨急性颈髓损伤的扩散张量成像(DTI)表现及其与神经功能改变的相关性。方法对32例急性期颈髓损伤患者,于伤后72h内行神经功能检查和MR扫描,观察不同神经功能改变与DTI特征性参数节段各向异性分数(FA)值、表观扩散系数(ADC)值的相关性。结果急性颈髓损伤的FA值、ADC值与其神经功能改变有相关性(FA值:r=-0.75,P<0.05;ADC值:r=0.69,P<0.05)。结论 DTI特征性FA值、ADC值与其神经功能改变有相关性,能客观定量地反映颈髓损伤的程度和评价颈髓传导功能的完整性,且较常规MRI更敏感。Objective To observe the correlation between features of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and nerve function of patients with acute cervical spinal cord injury. Methods Thirty-two patients were examined with a 1.5T MR within 72 h after acute cervical spinal cord injury,and the changes of nerve function were recorded. The correlation between nerve function and severity of damage of patients with actue cervical cord injury was explored. Results In patients with acute cervical spinal cord injury,FA,ADC of DTI were correlated with changes of nerve function (FA: r=-0.75,P0.05; ADC: r=0.69,P0.05). Conclusion DTI of the cervical spinal cord is useful for visualizing the injury cord in the super-early stage,helping to determine integrity and estimating degree of cervical spinal cord and detecting hemorrhage.
