摘 要:目的采用双源CT(DSCT)测量不同心率、不同时相正常二尖瓣瓣口面积,寻找测量二尖瓣口面积的最佳重建时相。方法选取91名DSCT冠状动脉造影阴性且经临床常规检查未见异常者作为研究对象,且按心率分为2组(心率>75次/分组、心率≤75次/分组),每隔5%R-R间期分别测量二尖瓣瓣口面积,分析两组患者舒张期时相的差异及二尖瓣口面积与心率和重建时相的相关性。结果两组舒张期时相间的差异有统计学意义,心率与舒张期重建时相个数呈明显负相关;两组于R-R间期60%测量的二尖瓣瓣口面积差异无统计学意义。结论 DSCT冠状动脉成像测量二尖瓣瓣口最大面积一般在R-R间期60%;心率与心动周期重建时相个数呈明显负相关。Objective To find the best reconstructed phase to measuring the normal mitral valve orifice area in subjects with different heart rate and reconstructed phases on dual-source computed tomography (DSCT) images. Methods Totally 91 subjects were proved with DSCT coronary angiography (DSCTCA). All subjects were divided into two groups according to the different heart rate (75 bpm group,≤75 bpm group). All data were reconstructed every 5% R-R interval. Mitral valve area was measured during the whole cardiac cycle. Statistical analysis was performed to analyze the correlations of the mitral valve orifice area with heart rate and reconstructed phases. Results Mitral valve diastolic phase were statistical significant between the two groups. The heart rate had negative correlation with cardiac cycle phase for reconstruction-related. The mitral valve orifice area in the R-R interval 60% was not statistically different between the two groups. Conclusion The maximal mitral valve orifice areas of different heart rate groups are usually in 60% R-R reconstruction interval respectively in DSCTCA. Heart rate and the reconstructed phase of cardiac cycle have negative correlation.
