基于CAP方法的梅里雪山国家公园威胁评估与对策研究

摘　　要：在大量实地调查的基础上,文章运用CAP方法对云南省首批试点建设国家公园——梅里雪山国家公园面临的主要威胁进行了全面的评估和分析。研究发现梅里雪山国家公园面临来自于内部的威胁要高于来自外部的威胁,而产生这些内部威胁的根源几乎都直接或间接来自于社区的传统生计维持或者是社区自发的、无序的旅游接待。因此,文章提出,解除上述威胁最为直接和有效的方法就是控制、引导和促进旅游业合理、有序的发展。Based on a large number of field survey, this paper assesses the main threat faced by Meili Snow Mountain National Park by CAP method. The results show that the threat Meili Snow Mountain National Park faced from inside is more serious than from outside. And the roots of these internal threats are all almost arising from community traditional livelihoods or initiated and disorderly tourist reception. Therefore, this paper proposes that the direct and effective method to relieve the threat is to control and promote tourism in a reasonable and orderly development.
