益气养阴解毒方对小鼠Lewis肺癌生长抑制作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究益气养阴解毒方对小鼠Lewis肺癌生长的抑制作用。方法复制C57BL/6小鼠Lewis肺癌模型,将60只接种Lewis肺癌的C57BL/6小鼠随机分为6组:对照组(A组),益气养阴解毒方低剂量组(B组)、中剂量组(C组)、高剂量组(D组),顺铂(DDP)组(E组),益气养阴解毒方联合DDP组(F组),每组10只,接种次日开始给药,中药连续灌胃26天,DDP隔日腹腔注射,观察移植瘤生长及小鼠一般健康情况,接种后第28天处死动物,称各组瘤重,计算抑瘤率。结果 :B、C、D组对肿瘤均有较明显抑制作用,抑瘤率分别为19.30%、32.83%、34.59%,瘤重低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),D组抑瘤率高于B、C组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);E组抑瘤率为51.38%,高于各中药组,F组抑瘤率达83.71%,与其他各组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论益气养阴解毒方具有较好的抑瘤作用,与DDP联合使用抑瘤作用明显增强。Objective To study the inhibition of yiqiyangyin detoxification recipe on growth of Lewis lung carcinoma transplanted in mice.Methods Establish the Lewis lung carcinoma models of C57BL/6 mice,sixty C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups： control group（group A）,yiqiyangyin detoxification recipe low dose group（group B）,medium dose group（group C）,high dose group（group D）,DDP group（group E）,yiqiyangyin detoxification recipe combine with DDP group（F group）.24 hours after tumor implantation,B group,C group,D group and F group were administered lavage with yiqiyangyin det-oxification recipe for 26 days,E group and F group were given DDP once every other day by intraperitoneal injection for 13 days,A group was given Saline by lavage.Volume of tumors were measure respectively during the therapy time,all mice were sacrificed after 28 days since tumors were transplantation.Weigh of tumor and calculate inhibitory rate.Results The tumor growth was suppressed significantly in B,C and D group,the weights of tumor were decreased in B,C and D group compared with control group,the inhibition rates were 19.30%,32.83% and 34.09%,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）,the tumor weights of D group were decreased compared with B and D group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）,the inhibition of E group was 51.38%,F group was 83.71%,compared with other groups,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion yiqiyangyin detoxification recipe can inhibit the growth of Lewis lung carcinoma transplanted in mice,when combined with DDP the growth inhibition was increased.
