摘 要:[目的]Sulfoxaflor是由陶氏益农公司开发的新型杀虫剂,为了研究其杀虫活性,探索了其合成方法并进行了生物活性测试。[结果]以四氢吡咯、正丁醛和4-乙氧基-1,1,1-三氟-3-丁烯-2-酮为起始原料制备了sulfoxaflor,经核磁、红外验证其结构。生测结果表明该化合物对刺吸式口器害虫蚜虫具有优异的杀虫活性。[结论]选取了较佳的合成路线,对工业化生产具有一定的指导意义。可用于害虫抗性的治理。[Aims] Sulfoxaflor as a novel pesticide was developed by Dow AgroSciences LLC. In order to study the insecticidal activity of sulfoxaflor, the synthetic method and insecticidal activity were explored. [Results] Sulfoxaflor was synthesized by pyrrolidine, butyraldehyde and 4-ethoxy-l,l,1- trifluorobut-3-en-2-one as starting materials, and its structure was confirmed by ~H NMR, IR. Preliminary bioassays indicated that sulfoxaflor exhibited good insecticidal activitiy against aphids. [Conclusions] Sulfoxaflor was prepared with a better synthetic route, which has certain directive significance for industrial production. Sulfoxaflor is a good fit for insecticide resistance management (IRM) programs.
