摘 要:目的:观察低血糖指数营养教育对2型糖尿病患者治疗效果的影响。方法:将156例2型糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组各78例。实验组采用低血糖指数食物对患者进行营养教育,对照组给予常规饮食教育。两组均随访观察3个月,分别于就诊时与3个月后对两组患者进行相关生化指标测定,以观察治疗效果。结果:采用干预措施后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清胆固醇、甘油三酯等生化指标均降低,但实验组与对照组相比效果更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:低血糖指数营养教育有助于增强2型糖尿病患者对糖尿病的认识,对控制和稳定血糖有积极意义。Objective: To observe the effect of nutrition education of low glycemic index foods on type 2 diabetic patients. Methods:A total of 156 patients with the hospitalized diabetes were randomly allocated into two groups:the experimental group (78 cases) were educate with low glycemic index and the control group (78 cases) went on normal education, patients in both groups were detected for correlative biochemical indices. Results:After the nutrition treatment, patients biochemical indices of fasting blood - glucose, blood sugar 2 hours after meal, hemoglobin of glyeosylation, cholesterol and triglyceride in serum in both groups were significantly lower. Compared with the control group, the effect of the experimental group was even better. Conclusion : The nu- trition education of low glycemic index foods would be very helpful for type 2 diabetic patients to control their blood - sugar level.
