非营养性吸吮减轻早产儿静脉穿刺疼痛的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨非营养性吸吮(NNS)能减轻早产儿静脉穿刺疼痛的有效性。方法:选取孕34～36周,出生后3d,体重1700～2400g早产儿100例,将患儿分为实验组和对照组各50例。在静脉穿刺时30s、穿刺后30s采用早产儿PIPP评分量表来评估患儿疼痛状况。结果:实验组患儿静脉穿刺时及穿刺后疼痛分值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:实验组操作简单,成本低,在临床工作中能减轻早产儿静脉穿刺时的疼痛。Objective ：To explore the effect of nutritional suckling on reduce venipuncture pain of newborn. Methods ： To select 100 newborn of 34 - 36 week, after three days, and 1 700 -2 400 g the babies were preemies, will be randomly divided into experimented group and ccontrol group,50 cases each group. To assess the pain of newborn when venipancture 30 s and after venipunctre 30 s by PIPP. Results ： The score of pain in experimental group were lower than control group,there was signifacant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The experiment group have a simple operation and low price, in the work can allay the veins piercing pain.
