摘　　要：目的:调查影响首发精神分裂症患者服药依从性的相关因素。方法:对80例住院治疗痊愈的首发精神分裂症患者进行一年随访,根据患者的一般资料、服药依从性情况、自知力恢复程度及回归社会后的社会支持体系进行评定与分析。结果:服药依从性主要与患者的文化程度、自知力障碍程度、社会支持体系有显著性关系。结论:患者文化程度高、有自知力、社会支持系统好者,服药依从性好,复发率低。Objective ： Investigations affecting the prognosis in patients with first - episode schizophrenia medication compliance of the relevant factors. Methods ：80 cases of hospitalized patients with first - episode schizophrenia cure one - year follow up. Based on the patient＇s general information, medication compliance situation,losight recovery level and return to society after the social support system were evaluated and analyzed. Results：In medication compliance in patients with level of education mainly the degree of insight disorder and social support system, have a significant sexual relations. Conclusion：Patients with high levels of education, there is insight ; social support system - well, medication compliance is good, recurrence rate is low.
