摘　　要：建设公共服务型政府是信息化社会的大势所趋。因此,政府应当为经济发展提供良好的市场环境,为经济和社会的协调发展提供有效的公共服务。公共服务型政府的建设,将推进政府治理模式的转变和观念的更新,促使政府进一步转变职能。本文认为,互联网的发展对公共服务型政府构建既能起到积极的作用,也会带来负面影响,所以必须发展与治理并举。It is a trend of information society to Build a public-service government and promote transformation of government.A government should supply a nicer marketing environment for economic growth,and it also should supply public product and effect public service for the coordinated development of economy and society.Structuring of public-service government will push the government to transmit management mode and update their ideas,which will impel the government to further converse functions,rebuild government image and relocate government role.The development of internet will have positive function on building public-service government.But it can also bring negative impacts,so it should either be developed or governed.
