摘  要:目的探讨肉苁蓉对化疗荷瘤小鼠造血和免疫功能的影响。方法建立H22荷瘤鼠模型后,随机分为4组:荷瘤对照组,5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)组,肉苁蓉高(10 g/kg)、中(5 g/kg)剂量+5-Fu组,每组10只。造模次日开始给药,共10 d,停药次日处死,观察外周血象、骨髓有核细胞计数、骨髓DNA、脾脏、胸腺指数、NK细胞活性、T淋巴细胞增殖能力。结果肉苁蓉能对抗化疗药物5-Fu所致白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)、骨髓有核细胞和骨髓DNA的下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。同时还可提高化疗荷瘤小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数及脾脏淋巴细胞增殖能力和自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论肉苁蓉对化疗荷瘤小鼠的造血和免疫功能有较好的保护作用。Objective To discuss the influences of Roucongrong(Herba Cistanchis) on hematopoietic function and immune function in tumor-bearing mice after chemotherapy.Methods After the model of mouse bearing H22 tumor was established,all mice were randomly divided into the control group,5-fluorouridine group(5-Fu group),and groups of high-dose Roucongrong and 5-Fu(high-dose+5-Fu group) and mid-dose Roucongrong and 5-Fu(mid-dose+5-Fu group,each n=10).On the 2nd day of modeling each group was treated with relevant medicinal for 10 days.The peripheral hemogram,count of bone marrow nucleated cells,bone marrow DNA,indexes of spleen and thymus gland,activities of natural killer cells(NK),and the proliferation of lymphocytes were observed on the 2nd day of stopping medicinal administration.Results Roucongrong inhibited the decrease of the counts of WBC,platelets and bone marrow nucleated cells,and bone marrow DNA induced by chemotherapeutants(P0.05,P0.01).Roucongrong,at the same time,increased the indexes of spleen and thymus gland,and improved the proliferation of lymphocytes and NK activities(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Roucongrong has a good protective effect on hematopoietic function and immune function in tumor-bearing mice after chemotherapy.
