摘 要:目的:研究脂溶性维生素A、E能否提高热环境下机体的适应能力以及可能的机制。方法:以果蝇为热暴露模型,分别给予添加低、中、高剂量的VA或VE的培养基喂养,观察其在36.5℃环境中平均生存时间及热应激蛋白(HSP70)含量的变化。结果:低剂量VA或VE组的果蝇平均生存时间均显著高于各自的对照组,HSP含量的变化亦呈现一致性。结论:较低剂量的VA或VE对热暴露环境下的果蝇具有保护作用,这种热保护作用可能与它们能够诱导产生更多的HSP有关。Objective: In order to explore the effects of VE and VA on Drosophila by heat exposure and the possible machanism. Methods: Drosophila was used as a model, they were fed with diets at three levels of VA or VE. Survival time and the content of heat shock protein (HSP 70)were tested after Drosophila were exposed at 36.5 in heat environment. Results: Survival time of Drosophila fed at low level of VA or VE significantly increascd when compared with that in control group and the content of HSP 70 also increased. Conclusion: VA or VE could increase the survival time of the heat-exposed Drosophila. It suggested that the heat protection effect of VA or VE might be related to the increase of HSP production.
