摘  要:目的:测定高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)患者红细胞膜流动性,了解过氧化脂质和超氧化物歧化酶对红细胞膜流动性的影响,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:HAPC患者27例,正常对照23例。测定红细胞膜流动性,红细胞膜过氧化脂质,血浆和红细胞超氧化物岐化酶活力。结果:HAPC患者红细胞膜荧光偏振度与对照组比较增加(P<0.01)。红细胞膜过氧化脂质与对照组比较增高(P<0.01)。血浆及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶与对照组比较均下降(P<0.01,P<0.01)。红细胞膜荧光偏振度与红细胞膜过氧化脂质在HAPC呈正相关(r=0.4133,P<0.05),与红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活力呈负相关(r=-0.3915,P<0.05),与血浆超氧化物歧化酶活力呈负相关(r=-0.4117,P<0.05)。结论:HAPC患者红细胞膜流动性降低,过氧化脂质和超氧化物歧化酶活力是影响红细胞膜流动性的重要因素。Objective: To explore the effects of lipid peroxide and superoxide dismutase(SOD) on membrane fluidity of erythrocyte in patients with high altitude polycythemia (HAPC) and to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods: The membrane fluidity of erythrocyte, MDA content in erythrocyte membrane, serum SOD and RBC SOD were measured in 27 HAPC patients and 23 healthy individuals. Results: The membrane fluorescence polarization degree of erythrocyte was significantly increased and the membrane fluidity of erythrocyte remarkably decreased ( P<0.01, P<0.01 ). Linear regression analysis showed that fluorescence polarization degree of the erythrocyte membrane was positively correlated with MDA ( r=0.4133, P<0.05 ), but negatively correlated with serum SOD and RBC SOD ( r=-0.3915, P<0.05 , and T5BX]r=-0.4117,P<0.05 ,respectively) in the patients with HAPC. HZConclusion: The membrane fluidity of erythrocyte decreased in patients with HAPC. The increase of MDA content and decrease of SOD activity are important factors affecting membrane fluidity of erythrocyte.
