摘 要:目地探讨腹膜透析病人透析前教育模式在临床的实践与成效。方法对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上进行透析前教育模式的干预,根据病人疾病的不同阶段,实施不同内容、不同形式的教育。结果干预组病人的生活质量提高;焦虑、抑郁程度减轻;营养指标白蛋白、前白蛋白的改善优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论腹膜透析病人透析前教育模式在临床实践证明是有效、可行的。Objective To explore the effects of the education model before dialysis for patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis. Methods The control group received the routine nursing and the experimental group received the education model before dialysis additionally, who received different contents and differ- ent forms of education according to their different stages of diseases. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group got higher quality of life, and the degrees of anxiety and depression were lower, and the nutritional parameters of albumin and prealbumin were higher ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The education model before dialysis is proved to be effective and feasible in the clinical practice.
