摘  要:目的:观察紫外线(UV)局部照射与尿激酶(UK)联合应用对犬动脉血栓的溶解效应,以及UV照射参数对其效应的影响规律。方法:复制犬股动脉血栓模型,分别观察单用UK、及UK并全光谱UV局部照射后犬血栓模型溶解情况。结果:与单用UK相比,联合应用UK并全光谱UV局部照射后犬血栓溶通率增高,血栓溶通速度明显加快,血栓溶解程度明显增大,溶通血栓所用UK剂量显著减少,血栓溶通后血纤维蛋白原水平降低幅度明显减小;大面积UV照射时,大及中等剂量照射所表现出的溶栓效应明显大于小剂量照射;大剂量UV、大面积照射的溶栓效应明显大于中等面积照射,即使UV照射剂量大,但照射面积小时,却不具有明显的促进UK溶栓效应。结论:动脉血栓形成后立即应用全光谱UV局部照射可促进UK的溶栓效应;UV的这一效应与照射面积与照射剂量之乘积存有正性的量-效关系。Objective: In order to elucidate the thrombolytic effect of combining therapy of ultraviolet(UV)and urokinase(UK) on arterial thrombosis as well as the influence of UV parameters to its effect. Methods: Thrombolytic effect was observed on replicated thrombosis models in canine femoral arteriae either only i.v.administration of UK or combining therapy of UK and UV radiation on skin. Results: With the combining therapy of UK and UV,the thrombolytic rate was increased, the thrombolytic time was shortened,the dosage of UK used was remarkably lowered, which were compared with UK alone.After thrombolysis, the level of plasma fibrinogen was obviously reduced,too.When the skin of large area was radiated by UV, the thrombolytic effect radiated by large dosage was greater than the smaller dosage. Although the skin was radiated with large-dose UV, but the effect wasn't apparent,because of the smaller area radiated only. Conclusion: This study suggests that the UV radiation may promote the thrombolytic effect of UK after thrombosis.The effect is a positive correlation with the UV dosage and UV radiation area.
