血浆内皮脂酶水平与脂质代谢的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆内皮脂酶水平变化与脂质代谢之间的关系。方法冠状动脉造影患者通过测定其血浆内皮脂酶水平和血脂水平,进而寻找血浆内皮脂酶水平与血脂代谢的关系。结果所有患者血浆内皮脂酶水平为:(1079.40±424.06)ng/mL,其与血清高密度脂蛋白-C具有负相关性(R=-0.152,P<0.001),而与甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白-C等无相关性。结论血浆内皮脂酶与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇代谢有着密切的联系,是高密度脂蛋白胆固醇代谢的一个重要调节机制。Objective To evaluate the relationship between endothelial lipase and lipide metabolism. Methods The patients who were performed selective coronary angiography were measured the plasma endothelial lipase level and blood fat,It was observed the relationship between the plasma endothelial lipase level and lipide metabolism. Results The plasma endothelial lipase level of all patients was 1079.40±424.06ng/mL, it was negative correlation between the plasma endothelial lipase and HDL-C （R=-0.152,P〈 0.001）,but no correlation between triglyceride,total cholesterol and LDL-C.Conclusion The level of plasma endothelial lipase is closely associated with HDL-C metabolism,and may be the important regulatory mechanism of HDL-C metabolism.
