解剖锁定钢板与DHS治疗股骨转子间骨折疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较解剖锁定钢板与DHS对股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法以解剖锁定钢板和DHS治疗股骨转子间骨折,比较其Harris髋关节功能评分、愈合时间、并发症。结果解剖锁定钢板愈合时间和并发症发生率显著低于DHS组(P<0.05),髋关节功能优良率显著高于DHS组(P<0.05)。结论解剖锁定钢板对股骨转子间骨折的疗效优于DHS。Objective To investigate clinical effects of anatomical locking plate and DHS in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Harris hip score,the recovery time,complications were recorded in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with anatomical locking plate and DHS. Results In anatomical locking plate group,the recovery time and incidence of complications were significantly lower than DHS group （P〈0.05）,while excellent rate of Harris hip score were significantly higher than DHS group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical effects of anatomical locking plate in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were better than DHS.
