摘 要:目的研究振荡法评价金属材料抗菌性能的可行性。方法以金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌为评价菌种,采用振荡法对8种金属材料的抗菌性能进行评价,采用原子吸收法分析溶液中的铜离子浓度。结果紫铜、氧化处理亲水紫铜箔、黄铜和白铜4种铜材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌活性均在99%以上,其他4种材料均没有表现出抗菌活性。结论振荡法可以用来评价金属材料的抗菌性能。Objective To explore the feasibility of antibacterial performance assessment of metal materials by oscillation culture method.Methods The antibacterial performance of several metal materials were assessed by oscillation culture method and the concentration of Cu(II) ion in the oscillation solution was analyzed by flame absorption spectrophotometric method.Results The antibacterial performance of red copper,oxidized hydrophilic copper,H65 brass and B10 cupronickel for Escherichia coli 8099 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 were all over 99%,the others had no antibacterial activity.Conclusion The oscillation culture method could be used to assess the antibacterial performance of metal materials.
