摘　　要：目的评价某企业甲醛生产项目职业病危害控制效果,从源头控制或消除职业病危害,防治职业病,保护劳动者健康。方法本项目采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测和职业健康检查等方法进行综合分析、定性和定量评价。对建设项目中职业病危害因素的危害特征、作业工人接触的有效时间进行综合分析,判定工人接触职业危害的实际程度。结果本项目存在的职业病危害因素包括化学物质有甲醇、甲醛、甲酸、一氧化碳、二氧化碳;物理因素有高温和噪声。检测结果表明,甲醛监测点合格率为40%(4/10),其余作业人员接触职业病危害因素的时间加权平均容许浓度均低于国家卫生标准;作业人员工作日内接触噪声强度符合国家卫生标准的要求。结论综合各方面分析,本项目职业病危害严重,在确保各类防护设施有效运行、全面落实控制职业病危害的补救措施的前提下,该项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards for the formaldehyde production factory,control and eliminate occupational diseases and keep workers health.Methods The methods of field investigation,detection and health examination were carried out,occupational hazards were analyzed comprehensively and evaluated by qualitative and quantitative methods to confirm the risk degree.Results The occupational hazards existed in the factory were methanol,formaldehyde,formic acid,carbon oxide,carbon dioxide,high temperature and noise.The results showed that the PC-TWAs of chemicals and noise were under the national hygienic standards except formaldehyde,which qualified rate was 40%（4/10）.Conclusion The occupational hazards in the project are very serious.If all kinds of protective and remedial measures could be put into practice,the project will go on.
