摘　　要：目的研究气管内注入白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗气管切开术后出血的临床疗效。方法 35例气管切开术后出血患者,随机分为治疗组(18例)和对照组(17例),治疗组经气管内注入白眉蛇毒血凝酶,对照组经气管内注入去甲肾上腺素,观察两组的止血效果。结果治疗组的显效率(55.56%)和总有效率(88.89%)明显高于对照组的显效率(17.64%)和总有效率(58.82%)(P<0.05)。结论气管内注入白眉蛇毒血凝酶用于治疗气管切开后气管内出血是快速、有效、安全的。Objective To study the clinical effect of intratracheal injection of hemocoagulase for injection treatment after tracheotomy hemorrhage.Methods 35 cases of hemorrhage after tracheotomy were randomly divided into treatment group(18 cases) and control group(17 cases).Hemocoagulase for injection were injected into intratracheal in the treatment group,while in the control group norepinephrine was used.Hemostatic effects were observed.Results Treatment group(markedly effective rate 55.56%,the total effective rate 88.89%)of the hemostatic effect is better than the control group(markedly effective rate 17.64%,the total effective rate 58.82%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Intratracheal injection of hemocoagulase for injection treatment after tracheotomy hemorrhage is a fast,effective and secure method.
