摘  要:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》提出"优先发展、育人为本、改革创新、促进公平、提高质量"的战略方针;《纲要》提出建设"高素质专业化的教师队伍"和四个方面的目标任务;按照"全教会"精神,今后3年教师教育和教师队伍建设方面的主要任务是:"制定两个规划,推动三项改革,落实四项举措";落实《纲要》、推进教师教育和教师队伍建设,教育学院要成为"教师教育的坚守者、教师教育改革的促进派、国培计划的主力军"。The outline can be summed up with the following five phrases—— "priority development,cultivation of human being,reform and innovation,promoting fair,improving quality".The outline puts forward four aspects of the objectives and tasks in "the teachers' position and treatment,the overall quality level,structure size,and employing mechanism".According to "The National Teachers' Congress",the teachers' education and teachers' team construction will mainly fulfill the following tasks for the next three years—— "formulating the two planning,promoting the three reforms,and carrying out the four measures".Educational Institute will become the main force in implementing The Outline and promoting teachers' education reform and development.
