抗氧化中药绞股蓝皂甙—丹参复方制剂对工业性氟中毒的治疗作用

摘　　要：将抗氧化中药绞股蓝甙—丹参复方制剂用于治疗工业性氟中毒患者，观察其对工业性氟中毒的治疗作用。发现服用绞股蓝皂甙—丹参复方组半年患者红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（superoxidedis－mutaseSOD）含量及活性增高，血浆丙二醛（malonaldehydeMDA）含量降低，尿氟排出增多，血Ca升高，尿Ca排出增多，血尿素氮、肌酐正常。结果表明，用SOD诱导剂，氟中毒患者红细胞SOD含量及活性升高，减轻了体内氟的蓄积。The damnification of lipid ove - oxidation exists inindustrial fluorois. After half a year's treatment by using anti- oxidation combination preparation of Danshan - Jiaogulanon the patients of industrial fluorosis. h is found tha thesuperoxide dismutase activity in red blood ecll increasedsubstantially,the fluorine content in urine increased too, themalonaldhyde(MDA) content in bllos plasma decreased, andwithout side - effect of kidney(parenchyma) demnification. Itsuggests that the medicine could be used to treat industrialfluorosis.
