ACE基因插入/缺失多态性对高血压病患者左心室靶器官损害的影响研究  被引量:3

摘  要:为研究ACE基因插入缺失多态性对高血压患者左心室靶器官损害的影响,测定68例高血压病患者的左室重量指数(LVMI)和室壁相对厚度(RWT),并应用多聚酶链式反应测定ACE基因型。结果表明,经纠正其它影响因素后,DD型患者LVMI和RWT均高于I型患者(P<0.05)。经多元线性逐步回归分析,ACE基因型与LVMI和RWT均独立相关(总R2分别为0.36和0.49),ACE基因型分别可解释LVMI和RWT总变异的3.8%和2%,提示ACE基因DD型是山东籍汉族人高血压病患者左室损害的新的独立危险因素,应重视此类患者的防治。LV mass index and relative wall thickness were calculated in 68 hypertensive patients, ACE genotype were determined by polymerase chain reaction amplification of deoxyribonucleic acid prepared from leukocytes. All patients characteristics were similar across genotype groups. After adjustment for other covariables, the DD genotype were associated with signficantly higher LV mass index and relative wall thickness than was the II genotype. On multiple regression analysis, systolic blood presssure, gender and the ACE genotype were each independently related to LV mass index(R2=0.36), systolic blood pressure, body weigh index and the ACE genotype were each independently related to ralative wall thickness(R2=0.49). The ACE genotype explained an additional 3.8% and 2% of the varitations of LV mass index and relative wall thickness, respectively. In conclusion: the DD genotype of ACE gene maybe a new risk factor in LV hypertrophy and remodeling in Chinese hypertensive population.
