摘  要:目的了解青岛市成年双生子口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)中空腹血浆葡萄糖(FPG)和餐后2小时血浆葡萄糖(2hPG)的遗传度。方法对成年健康双生子作OGTT,检测其FPG和2hPG水平。提取DNA作卵性鉴定,用Mx软件拟合遗传结构模型,计算FPG和2hPG的遗传度。结果 134对双生子入选本研究,其FPG和2hPG水平为(5.1±0.9)mmol/L和(6.6±2.5)mmol/L。调整性别、年龄和BMI后,FPG和2hPG的最佳遗传结构模型为ACE和AE,FPG和2hPG的遗传度为39%和56%。结论遗传因素和个体特异环境因素对FPG和2hPG均有重要影响,遗传因素对2hPG的影响大于对FPG的影响。Objective To estimate the heritability of fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and 2 hour plasma glucose(2hPG) after oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) in adult twins. Methods Adult healthy twin pairs recruited from Qingdao twin registry underwent OGTT. Zygosity of twins was established using polymorphic DNA-based microsatetlite markers. Heritability was estimated by formulating univariate model using Mx soft. Results 134 twin pairs were studied in this research. Their FPG and 2hPG were (5.1+0.9) and (6.6+2.5) mmol/L. After adjustment for sex, age and BMI,the ACE and AE model were the best for FPG and 2hPG. Heritability of FPG and 2hPG were 39% and 56%. Conclusions This study indicates that genetic and individual environmental factors were important for FPG and 2hPG. The genetic variations show a larger effect on 2hPG than on FPG.
