副交感神经对胰岛素第一时相分泌的影响

摘  要:目的探讨副交感神经在胰岛素第一时相分泌调节中的作用。方法健康毕格犬9只,随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组开腹切断迷走神经腹腔干的前、后干;对照组仅开腹假手术。在手术前和手术后行静脉葡萄糖耐量实验(IVGTT)和持续颈动脉葡萄糖注入实验。结果存IVGTT中,实验组手术后引起的第一时相胰岛素分泌较手术前降低且有统计学差异(P<0.05),而对照组手术前后的第一时相胰岛素分泌无明显变化;小剂量葡萄糖持续颈动脉注入后,两组均未引起体循环血糖变化,但可引起胰岛素分泌增加,实验组手术后胰岛素分泌降低且有统计学差异(P<0.05),而对照组手术前后胰岛素分泌无明显差异。结论中枢神经系统和副交感神经可能参与胰岛素分泌第一时相的调节。Objective To investigate the effect of parasympathetic nerve on first-phase insulin secretion. Methods Nine healthy beagle dogs were randomly assigned into experimental group and control group. In experimental group the anterior vagal trunk and post vagal trunk of vagal celiac trunk were cut off, while in control group the belly open and sham operation were done. Intravenous glucose tolerance test and the continuous infusion of glucose via the carotid artery were performed in nine beagle dogs before and after truncal vagotomy. Results During intravenous glucose tolerance test, first-phase insulin secretion obviously dropped (P^O. 05) in experimental group and failed to show any significant difference in control group after truncal vagotomy. The continuous infusion of low dose glucose via the carotid artery failed to induce any change in vein glucose level, but caused an increase of insulin secretion. Insulin secretion was obvious dropped after truncal vagotomy in experimental group(P^0.05) ~however, there were no obvious differences before and after truncal vagotomy in control group. Conclusions The central nervous system and parasympathetic nerve may play a role in regulating first-phase insulin secretion.
