中日韩青年的公民参与现状及比较研究

摘　　要：同处儒家文化圈的中日韩青年,在各自不同的经济社会发展背景下,其公民参与的意识和行动已呈现差异化的格局。本研究通过数据分析发现,与西方话语下的公民参与相比,中日韩青年并未形成独特的儒家式参与模式,他们在言论参与、组织参与和政治参与等三大类型的公民参与中虽各有异同,但与世界基本保持同步。如果各自拓展社会治理的空间,他们的公民参与也将有所提升。Although the youth of China,Japan,and Korea all belong to the Confucius culture circles,their awareness and action on citizen participation have different patterns under different background of economic and social development.The data analysis shows the youth of China,Japan,and South Korea hasn't formed a unique Confucius style for citizen participation compared with the west.Although there are similarities and dif-ferences in speech,organization and politics participation,they keep pace with the world.Their citizen partici-pation will be improved if the space of social governance is expanded.
