摘  要:本文首先介绍了室内材料物品全尺寸环境舱的测试原理,并提出了一种控制精度高、建造成本低的环境舱建造方案。环境舱由3部分构成:环境舱本体系统,新风净化系统和温、湿度控制系统。而后,对已建造环境舱的性能进行了实验研究,实验结果表明:环境舱漏气量为0.019次/h、混合度为87%,温、湿度控制精度分别为±0.5℃和±5%、背景浓度低于标准值的10%,可用于VOC的散发测试。在此基础上,开展了家具VOC的散发测试实验,并对散发规律进行了初步研究。In this paper, the testing principles of indoor materials/products in full-scale chamber were introduced, and a construction scheme of full-scale chamber which had high control precision and low construction cost was proposed. This full-scale chamber consisted of three parts : chamber system, air purification system and temperature and humidity control system. Furthermore, the experiments were carried out to evaluate the chamber performances. The results indicated that air leakage of the chamber was 0. 019 times/h,mixing level was 87% ,temperature and relative humidity control precisions were ± 0.5 ℃and ±5% respectively, and the background concentration was less than 10% of the standard value. According to the current standard guidelines, this chamber could be used to carry out VOC emissions tests. Finally, this chamber was applied to test VOC emissions from a piece of wooden furniture, and the emission rules were studied.
