摘　　要：采用保留全部二尖瓣结构的二尖瓣置换术治疗二尖瓣病变患者２６例。结果表明，该手术方法简单易行，临床疗效确切，手术后患者心功能均有显著改善，心脏射血分数（ＥＦ）提高，心脏较术前均有明显缩小。从解剖学基础上探讨了该手术方法的可行性及优点。并就保留全部二尖瓣结构的二尖瓣置换术的手术适应证、手术方法及并发症作了讨论。Mitral valve replacement with subvalvular preservation (MVR/SVR) was used to surgically treat 26 cases of mitral valve diseases. The surgical method was easy and simple, and its clinical outcome was definite. After operation, the cardiac function of the patients was signifcantly improved, ejection fraction increased and the heart size obviously reduced as compared with those before operation. The possibility and advantage of the surgical method were expounded. The surgical indication, surgical procedure and complication of MVR/SVP were also discussed.
