摘　　要：提出建筑节能的金融生态环境概念,分析该环境的组成,以及当前我国建筑节能金融生态环境建设中存在的问题,最后针对性提出构建以政策法规体系、多层次投融资渠道体系和投融资辅助体系为支撑的建筑节能金融生态环境体系的建议。The concept of building energy efficiency financial ecological environment is proposed,the composition is analyzed.The main problems existing in China＇s the energy efficiency building financial ecological environment construction are analyzed.The suggestion of constructing energy efficiency building financial ecological environment system supported by policy and statute system,multi-level system of financing channels and financing auxiliary system is proposed .
