摘  要:为减少和防止超临界锅炉蒸汽侧氧化皮剥落造成高温受热面爆管而停机,阐述了锅炉受热面蒸汽侧氧化皮的特征,重点分析了铁素体钢和奥氏体钢蒸汽氧化皮的生成、剥落、阻塞的机理及危害;从安全性和经济性角度进行全面剖析,从锅炉选材、设计制造、检修运行等多方面入手总结经验和教训;提出了预防和控制氧化皮剥落的具体措施,从而避免这类非计划性停机事故的频繁发生。In order to reduce and prevent the supercritical boilers shutdown because of tube explosion of high temperature heating surface, which resulted by the exfoliation of steam oxide scale, the property of oxide scale at high temperature heating surface of supercritical boiler was elaborated; the principles and harmfulness of formation, exfoliation and blocking about steam oxide scale particularly in ferritic steel and austenitie steel were analyzed; comprehensive analysis from the aspects of safety and economy was made; the experiences and lessons from boiler material selection, design and manufacture and maintenance and operation etc were summarized; the detailed solutions and countermeasures for preventing and controlling the exfoliation of oxide scale were proposed.
