摘 要:超临界机组蓄热小,非线性强,压力的剧烈波动严重影响到机组负荷控制品质。根据超临界直流锅炉的特点,采用简化的方法获得了机组的数学模型,即通过分析超临界直流机组协调控制中的主要矛盾,将三输入三输出系统简化为两输入两输出系统,分析了机组的对象特性和压力波动的根本原因。为提高机组的协调控制品质,从煤量、磨煤机一次风量和滑压曲线3个方面进行优化,提出了煤量动态优化方案和一次风压力控制中的压力设定值优化方案以及基于滑压带的协调控制优化方法,并通过实践证明了该方法的有效性。The load control quality was affected seriously by the small heat-storage, strong nonlinearity and violent pressure fluctuation. According to the characteristics of supercritical once-through boiler, the mathematical model of the unit was obtained after simplification. By analyzing the principal contradiction in the supercritical once-through boiler coordination control system, the simplified model with two inputs and two outputs replaced the one with three inputs and three outputs. The key reason of object variation and the pressure fluctuations were analyzed. To improve the quality of coordination control system, the coal flow, primary air and the pressure slide curve were optimized. The coal flow dynamic' optimization scheme, pressure setting value optimization scheme in primary air pressure control system, and the optimization method that based on sliding pressure belt were proposed. The experiment proves the validity of the optimization method.
