摘 要:碗扣式钢管模板支撑架因其性能优越,在我国大跨建筑和桥梁工程中的使用越来越广泛。脚手架倒塌事故也在不断发生。对模板支撑架承载力理论研究尚未透彻是引起事故的重要因素之一。为研究柱距和外立面斜撑因素对碗扣式模板支撑架承载力的影响,按照工程实际搭设规格设计3组试验架,得到3组支撑架体的承载力、破坏形态、荷载位移曲线、应力分布情况,同时还监测到可用于施工监控的关键数据。Because of its own superiority,the cuplok steel tubular supporting frame has been more and more used in long-span building construction and bridge construction.Unfortunately,the supporting frame accidents occur frequently.The major cause of such accidents is the imperfection of the bearing capacity theory on the supporting frame.In order to study the effects of bay length and outside bracing on the bearing capacity and according to the engineering application,three elaborately-designed full-scale tests were carrized out,moreover,the details of bearing capacity,failure modes,load-displacement curves,stress distribution,and horizontal displacement data were gained,which will be used as a verified case for further research and construction monitoring.
