摘　　要：阐述了利用戴明循环构建一种移动应用的医疗信息系统的方法,设计实现一个具有完整医疗过程管理能力的移动医疗信息系统。有别于具有SOAP结构的一般医疗信息系统,其将系统的各个步骤分解,与PDCA循环的四个环节有效结合,通过PDCA循环对流程控制及质量管理的能力逐步优化该系统所处理的信息,有效提高整个医疗过程的信息化管理程度,保证流程的安全性,同时也相应地提高了医院的效率和医护质量,对医生和患者都有很大帮助。The subject discusses the method of constructing a mobile Medical information System through PDCA Cycle, design and develops a mobile Medical Information System which has full managing capacities of medical treatment. Different from the ordinary medical information system having the SOAP structure, it divides each procedure so as to make it more effectively combine with the four sectors of PDCA Cycle. By gradual optimization of the information process through PDCA Cycle managing of procedure control and quality, the entire management of medical Informationization will be effectively enhanced, and quality of medical care are also improved, it is of great help to both doctors and patients.
