摘　　要：随着近年来各地医院信息化建设的迅速发展,HIS得到广泛的应用。医疗水平也在不断提高,加强护理信息管理是医疗质量的必要保障。而护理部的日常工作繁杂、多变,易导致护理工作出现差错,影响护理质量和医疗质量,甚至会造成严重的医疗后果,因此科学化、信息化、高效化、自动化、系统化的护理信息管理体系建立十分重要。As the development of hospital information construction ,the HIS has been widely used. Medical standards are continually improved, to enhance the quality of medical care information management is a necessary safeguard Nursing Department＇s daily work, is complicated, changeable, easily led to care errors, and affect the quality of care and quality of medical, or even cause serious medical consequences, so scientific, information technology, more efficient automated,and systematic nursing information management establishment of a system is very important.
