摘　　要：目的:通过死亡报告卡的填写中出现的问题,制定相关措施提高完善填报质量。方法:进行死亡病例填报卡质量随机抽查,评出前三名和后三名,并按规定给予奖励或处罚。结果:注重环节质量管理,加强医务人员法律意识和业务技能培训,制定相应的奖罚制度并健全死亡报告卡,填写管理制度是提高网络直报死亡卡质量的重要性。Purpose： To development measures to improve the quality of mortality return card filling by analysis the problem that arouse from the filling process. Method： to preform random checks of the quality of mortality return card and put forward the top three and three, to give reward or punish according to relevant regulations, Result： the important measures that raises the report card quanlity are as following, pay attention to the link quantity management, strengthen the medical personnel the law consciousness and the business technical ability training, develop the relevent reward and punishment system, perfect the mortality return card and the management system.
