摘　　要：介绍了当前农村公路建管养的模式和现状,分析了目前机制体制下农村公路的发展制约,探索更有效的农村公路建设和养护管理运行机制,提出了相关问题的建议与改善措施,对农村公路的持续高效开展具有积极意义。The context introduces the current rural road built construction, management and maintenance mode and current situation, analyzes the present mechanism under the development condition of rural roads, and explore the more effective restrict the rural roads construction and maintenance management mechanism and put forward relevant suggestions and improvement measures, for rural roads of continuous efficient develop positive significance.
