摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)的严重并发症,是DM患者视力丧失的主要原因。黄斑水肿和视网膜新生血管是其两个主要原因。近年来的一种新兴疗法即血管内皮生长因子抑制剂avastin玻璃体腔注射治疗DR受到广泛的关注,为DM患者的视力保障提供了一个新型渠道。Diabetic retinopathy（DR） is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus（DM） and an important cause of vision loss in DM patients, macular edema and neovascularization are the two main reasons for it. Vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitor is one of most popular treatment methods for this disease, intravitreous injection of avastin for DR has received more and more attention in recent years, and it provides another treatment method to ensure visual acuity for DM patients.
