基础护理联合心理护理应用于准分子激光手术的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨基础护理联合心理护理在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)中的应用效果。方法:将1056例行LASIK的连续病例随机分为对照组和观察组,各528例。对照组采用传统的常规基础护理方法,观察组采用基础护理联合心理护理。在患者复查时采用问卷调查两组患者对手术护理工作满意度,并观察并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者自我护理知识掌握情况、对护士工作满意度及并发症发生率情况均好于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:基础护理结合有效的心理护理可为准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的安全、成功提供更为有效的保障。AIM：To approach the effect of basic nursing combined with mental nursing in laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK）. METHODS：One thousand and fifty-six cases with LASIK were randomly divided into experiment group（n=528） and control group（n=528）.The control group were treated with traditional basic nursing,and the experiment group by basic nursing combined with mental nursing. When two groups patient reviewed,their satisfaction with postoperation nursing were surveyed and the complications were observed . RESULTS： The self-protection knowledge among nursing, patient satisfaction in nursing and complication incidence were compared.There was statistical significance.（P〈005,P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： The basic nursing combined with effective mental nursing is effective protection for operation safe and successful.
