摘　　要：目的评价来氟米特治疗狼疮性肾炎(lupus nephritis,LN)的疗效和安全性。方法检索Cochrane图书馆,PubMed,EMBASE,中国生物医学文献光盘数据库、中国期刊全文数据库和中国维普数据库等中关于来氟米特治疗LN疗效和安全性的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT)文献。检索时间均从建库至2010年5月30日,由3名系统评价员进行文献资料提取和质量评价。疗效判断分为完全缓解(CR)、部分缓解(PR)和治疗无效(NR)。采用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共检索到62篇文献,符合纳入标准的3篇RCT文献(n=117)进入Meta分析。Meta分析结果显示:OR=0.36(95%CI,0.14～0.90)>0,菱形完全位于垂直线的左侧。结论来氟米特与环磷酰胺相比,在保证疗效的同时有更好的耐受性和安全性。Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect and safety of leflunomide （LEF） treating Lupus Nephritis （LN）. Methods Documents about therapeutic effect and safety of LEF treating LN from Cochrane library, PubMed, EMBASE, Chinese biomedicine literature optical disk data bank, Chinese periodical full text data bank and Chinese weipu data bank were retrieved. Retrieving time was from the initiation of data bank building to May 30, 2010. Three systemic evaluating members extracted documents data and performed quality evaluation. The grade of therapeutic effect was divided into complete remission （CR） , partial remission（PR） and no-remission（NR）. Received documents was performed Meta-analysis by RevMan 4.2 software. Results Sixty-two documents were extracted. Documents being lined with internalized standard were 3, which were randomized controlled trial（ RCT）. Meta-analysis results showed OR was 0.36（95% CI, 0.14 - 0.90）. Rhombus wholly locates the left of vertical line. Conclusion Compared with clophosphamide （CTX） , LEF guarantees better therapeutic effect, tolerance and safety.
