摘　　要：通过具体工程实例,针对混凝土结构板因支座负筋塌陷,板的有效高度减小引起质量问题,利用塑性理论设计方法进行计算分析,对比板有效计算高度的方法,从而判断出了问题结构板的安全性。Through the project example, according to the reason caused the quality problems in concrete slab is subsided of negative steel in abutment and decrease of elective height of count of slab. Using plastic method and comparison of the effective calculation of plate height to determine the safety of concrete slab.
