摘  要:[目的]了解在超重环境下微波辐射对大鼠肺组织超微结构的影响及营养液的防护作用。[方法]用离心机模拟超重环境,用微波辐射源给予微波辐射照射动物,用以长白山特产林蛙油为主要成分的营养液对各组大鼠进行干预,分别观察各组(空白对照A组、营养液B组、超重+辐射C组、超重+辐射+营养液D组、营养液+超重+辐射E组和营养液+超重+辐射+营养液F组)大鼠肺的超微结构。[结果]A组和B组在超微结构上没有差异;Ⅰ型肺泡上皮细胞损害以核固缩状为主,Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞损害以核和线粒体固缩为主;各组超微结构损害由轻到重排列为A≌B、F、E、D、C。[结论]营养液对超重和微波辐射损害有良好的预防和早期治疗作用。[Objective] To understand the influence of microwave radiation on lung ultrastructure of rats and the protective effect of nutrient fluid under the genvironments and low pressure. [Methods] Used the centrifuge to simulate the genviron- ments, treated rats with microwave radiation, interfered with the nutrient fluid which was made with Mount Changbai special local rana temporaria oil as the essential component. Observed the lung ultrastructural changes in the blank group (group A), the nutrient fluid group (group B), the genvironments plus radiation group (group C), the genvironments plus radiation plus nutnent fluid group (group D), the nutrient fluid plus environments plus radiation group (group E) and the nutrient fluid plus environments plus radiation plus nutrient fluid group (group F). [ Results] There was no difference in the lung ultrastructural changes between the group A and the group B; The karyopycnosis occurred in Type I alveolar epithelial cells, the nuclear and mitochondrial pyknosis showed in type II alveolar epithelial ceils appear; the uhrastruetural lesion severity sequence from light to severe was A B, F, E, D, C. [Conclusion] The nutrient fluid has a good prevention and treatment effect on the lesion of the genvironments and microwave radiation.
