新农村建设中乡镇医院护理现状调研与思考

摘　　要：[目的]了解乡镇医院护理现状,分析存在的问题,提出建议。[方法]采用问卷调查、实地调研和统计学处理。[结果]护理人员中专学历占68.3%、无专业学历占10.9%;未参加院外业务学习、进修者分别占80.5%、99.1%,院内未曾组织业务学习占13.1%;护士31.3%无执业证书,27.8%未注册;在编不在岗占21.1%;护理技术操作不规范占72.2%。[结论]乡镇医院护理工作存在各种不安全因素。实施护理安全举措,加强护理人才的引进和培养刻不容缓。[Objective] This study aims to get a picture of the status quo of nursing in the countryside through investigation, to analyze existing problems and put forward some suggestions. [Methods] This study adopted surveys, field investigation, and statistical analysis. [ Results] 68.3% of the nurses graduated from Vocational Secondarv Schools, while 10.9% had no degrees; 80.5% of the nurses did not participate in out-of hospital vocational studies, 99.1% did not have further education, and 13.1% of the hospitals had never organized vocational studies; 31.3% of the nurses had no certificate, and 27.8% did not register; 21.1% of the nurses were not in post; 72.2% of the technical operations were substandard. [Conclusion] There are kinds of insecure factors in nursing in countryside hospitals. Thus, it is of great urgency to implement secure nursing measures, introduce and cultivate nursing talents and practise legally.
