重庆市农民工人群高危性行为及影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解重庆市农民工人群高危性行为的发生情况及其主要影响因素,为制定教育和干预措施提供依据。[方法]采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样,对重庆市主城区的农民工进行高危性行为及影响因素的现况调查。[结果]未婚人群中,63.04%的男性和46.67%的女性有婚前性行为,其中10.13%的性行为属于商业性行为;已婚农民工中,27.34%的男性和3.31%的女性有婚外性行为,其中55.41%的为商业性行为。在发生婚前或婚外性行为时,31.25%的未婚农民工和30.51%已婚农民工从未使用安全套。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,未婚农民工婚前性行为主要受月均收入、性观念是否开放等因素影响。已婚农民工婚外性行为主要受性别、是否赞同婚外性行为、是否经常会感到性压抑、是否和配偶一起居住等因素影响。[结论]农民工群体中存在比例较高的高危性行为,应制定切实可行的教育和干预措施。[Objective] To study the high risk sexual behaviors and related factors among migrant workers in Chongqing, to provide theoretical foundation for education and interventions among migrant workers. [ MethOdS ] A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used, and investigation focused on the high risk sexual behaviors and related factors of migrant workers in Chongqing were conducted. [ Results ] Data analysis revealed that 63.04% male and 46.67% female had premarital sexual behaviors among unmarried migrant workers; 10.13% of them were engaged in commercial sexual behaviors, 27.34% male and 3.31% fe male had extramarital sexual behaviors among married migrant workers, of which 55.41% were en- gaged in commercial sexual behaviors. When they were engaged in premarital or extramarital sexual behaviors, 31.25% unmarried people and 30.51% married people had never used condoms. Logistic regression analysis showed that for unmarried migrant workers, average monthly income, whether or not have an open-minded sexual concept were the main influencing factors of premarital sexual behaviors; and for married migrant workers, sex, whether or not agree with extramarital sexual behavior, whether or not have sexual repression, whether or not live with spouses were the main influencing factors of extramarital sexual behaviors. [ Conclusion ] There is high proportion of high risk sexual behaviors among migrant workers in Chongqing. It＇s time to formulate effective and practical measures for education and intervention.
