心理护理在大面积烧伤合并呼吸道损伤患者的应用效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨对大面积烧伤合并呼吸道损伤患者进行心理护理干预的临床疗效并总结护理经验。[方法]选取某院2006年9月～2009年5月收治的30例大面积烧伤合并呼吸道损伤患者的资料,对患者进行针对性心理护理,根据患者治疗各个时期的变化,了解患者的心理需求,从而使患者的尽早康复出院。[结果]30例大面积烧伤合并呼吸道损伤患者在经过临床系统治疗,并进行针对性心理干预护理后,患者均能正确对待临床治疗,缩短住院的时间。[结论]对大面积烧伤合并呼吸道损伤的患者进行针对性心理护理,能够患者患者的心理压力,能够以积极乐观的态度面对治疗,临床效果好,值得在临床推广。[ Objective] To explore the curative effect of psychological nursing intervention of large area burn patients combined with respiratory damage and summarize the nursing experience. [ Methods] Selected the data of 30 eases of large area burn combined with respiratory tract injuries in our hospital from September 2006-May 2009, carried out targeted psychological nursing to patients, according to the changes of patients, investigated the patient＇s psychological needs, thus made patient get early recovery from the hospital. [Results] 30 cases of large area burn combined respiratory tract damage had positive attitude to clinical treatment and the hospitalization time was shorten after systematic treatment and targeted psychological nursing. [Conclusion] Psychological nursing for the large area burn combined respiratory tract daroage patients could relieve patents＇ mental pressure, form a positive, optimistic attitude to face treatment, which clinical effect is good, worth in clinical promotion.
