泰州市第五次碘缺乏病监测结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解本地区碘缺乏病现况,评价防治措施落实效果,指导今后碘缺乏病防治工作。[方法]采用PPS法抽取1200名8～10周岁学生进行甲状腺检查,抽取其中372名学生的尿样及家中的食用盐进行检测,并对五年级一个班的学生以及学校附近的家庭妇女进行问卷调查,对当地水样进行采样检测。[结果]1200名学生中甲状腺I°以上肿大者26人,肿大率为2.17%,372名学生的尿碘中位数191.6μg/L,370份盐样中碘含量﹤5mg/kg的有2份,5～20mg/kg的有12份,30份水样中碘含量﹤10μg/L的有19份。[结论]本地区自2000年基本消除碘缺乏病达标考核后,仍坚持采取全民食用合格碘盐为主的防治措施,人群的碘营养水平维持在合理水平,但环境缺碘现状仍然存在,因此还要坚持不懈要抓好各项防治措施的落实,巩固和加强本地区的碘缺乏病防治成果。[Objective] To study the current status of？Iodine Deficiency Disorders （IDD） in the local area, evaluate the efficiency of the prevention measures, guide the future prevention and cure of IDD. [Methods] The thyroid cheek was carried out for 1 200 students between the age of 8 and 10 selected with the PPS method. 372 students were sampled to check their urine and salt from their home. Questionnaire survey for a whole class of 5th grade and the housewives nearby was carried out. The water in that area was checked by sampling test. [Results] For those sampled 1 200 students, 26 students with a thyroid enlargement above grade-I , the goiter rate was 2.17%; the median urinary iodine of the 372 students was 191,6μg/L; from the 370 salt samples＇ iodine content, 2 samples were below 5mg/kg, 12 samples were between 5 and 20mg/kg;19 iodine content out of 30 water samples were below 10μg/L. [Conclusion] Since the eliminating of IDD in the year of 2000 when the area reaches the standard of evaluation, we keep insisting on the prevention activities by applying qualified iodized salt for all people. The nutrition level of iodine has been kept at the reasonable level, but the lacking of environmental iodine is still exist- ed. So it is critical for us to persist on the implement of all kinds of control measures, in order to consolidate and enhance the achievements of IDD prevention and treatment.
