摘  要:目的 :测量桡骨腕关节面的形态 ,为临床手术提供理论依据。方法 :用三维摄影测量的方法对 4 0例成人桡骨腕关节面进行摄影 ,测量各关节面的倾角、曲率和弧度。结果 :桡骨腕关节面前倾角为 10 .58± 1.75度 ,内倾角为2 3.0 7± 2 .14度 ,冠状面曲率为 0 .158± 0 .0 2 8,矢状面曲率为 0 .134± 0 .0 2 2。冠状面弧长为 30 .2 8± 2 .2 7mm,矢状面弧长为 15.90± 1.2 1mm。结论 :此方法测量桡骨腕关节面形态 ,精确度高 ,适用于对不规则物体表面的测量 。Objective: The shape of the carpal articular surface of the radius was measured to provide anatomical basis for operation. Methods: The carpal articular surface of the radius of 40 adults were measured with three dimension photogrammetry, and then calculation were made of their inclination angle, curvature and arc length. Results: The ulnar inclination angle of the radins was 23.07±2.14, the volar inclination angle 10.58±1.59, the curvature 0.158±0.028 in coronary section and 0.134±0.022 in sagittal section, the are length of the joint surface 30.28±2.27 mm in coronary section and 15.9±1.21 mm in sagittal section. Conclusion: The results suggest that the method is suitable for the measurement of irregular organism body surface so as to provide anatomical basis for operation.
